| A. All masks are sold whole, which means they come fully assembled with all parts required for use, unless stated otherwise. |

| Q. What's wrong if the mask and tube have too much water - it drips on my face? |

A. My guess is that your humidifier is set too high for a cold night.
To minimise "rain-out" you need to reduce the humidifier setting for nights when the temperature is going to be low. (Cold air will not hold as much moisture as warmer air, so the warm air at the humidifer end of the tube tends to drop moisture as it cools in its travel to the mask end of the tube)
Try dropping the humidifer a number at a time until you reach a point where there is little or no moisture in your mask. And remember to increase the settings as the night time temperatures increase as we head into summer. |

| Q. If parts break, like the forehead pad, do you have to buy the whole mask again? or can you buy seperate pads? |

A. Most pieces are available for purchase as separate parts for current masks.
Superceded masks often has some pieces combined. |
