- WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS OR MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?You can make the changes in your "My Account" section. Please note – it is important you make these kinds of updates before you place an order. If you have placed an order with the wrong email or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?You will need to log into My Account first. Once you have do this, you can change your password under "MY ACCOUNT DETAILS & SUBSCRIPTIONS" in the My Account section.
- WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?CPAP Australia accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, MasterCard and VISA payments will be done via Paypal. We also offer Direct Debit as a payment option.
- HOW LONG ARE ITEMS RESERVED IN MY SHOPPING CART?Your shopping cart is reserved for 60 minutes. Should you terminate the session, we will try to restore your shopping cart as soon as you login to the site again. We can restore your shopping cart as long as items are still available.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?Shortly after completing the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include your order number. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder. After checking if you still have not received an email, please contact us.

- HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?Regular Mail is FREE and is available for all deliveries using AusPost Parcel Post system. Express Post is $10.00 and is available for all deliveries using AusPost Express Post system
- HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE SHIPPED?We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Shipping charges are indicated in your order.
- HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TAKE?Orders received before 12 noon will ship that same day, provided the products ordered are in stock.
Delivery time can vary depending on where you are located. To get an estimated delivery date, we recommend using Australia Post's delivery date calculator. (Use "4064" in the "From suburb" field).
- CAN I CHOOSE A FASTER DELIVERY WITH AN EXPRESS SERVICE?Yes. Please select the “EXPRESS” shipping option on the checkout page.
- WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?Australia post delivers during working days and hours.
- CAN I HAVE ORDERS DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE ADDRESS?Orders can be delivered to a business address. Please remember to include the name of the company in the additional address field. Your name, is always automatically added onto the shipping label. Both, billing address and shipping address have to be in the same country.
- CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A POSTAL LOCKER OR POST OFFICE?Postal Lockers options are available through Australia Post. If you would like to use this for your order, please ensure you create a postal locker prior to purchasing and have the details handy when ordering.
- WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?Other than lockers, or where you accept the risk of any loss, you will need to sign.
- WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?The delivery driver will leave a note for you to pick it up at your local post office.
- HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?We process and pack all orders as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.
- DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?We only ship within Australia for most products.

Modifying, Cancelling and Returning Order FAQ AnswersBack to top
- HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?Please follow the instructions on the "Return your order" page.
- HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER?Unfortunately you cannot edit and remove items from an order once it has been submitted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us with details of the order that you would like to modify.
- HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?We ask you to contact us as soon as possible with details of the order that you would like to cancel. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.
- I HAVE RECEIVED A VOUCHER AND REDEEMED IT IN AN ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE VOUCHER IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FROM THIS ORDER?Discount vouchers and codes cannot be re-issued or be converted into a gift voucher. Please keep in mind, that some type of vouchers may only be valid for a certain period of time and bound to a minimum turnover. Remaining credit balance can’t be disbursed.
- I FORGOT TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER WITH MY LAST ORDERVouchers and codes have to be redeemed during your order process. After you have ordered we are not able to deduct the voucher for you manually.
