"I ordered this pillow because I suffer from silent reflux. I have been using a wedge pillow previously. This helped with the reflux but put more pressure on other parts on my esophagus. This pillow has been LIFE CHANGING. My esophagus is now healing and I can finally feel like I am lying down to sleep after 5 months. I do wake a little in the night with a bit of aching in my shoulder or arm. This is because you are locked in to one position. I am getting used to it though and this is not happening as much.
