"Be careful when ordering mask accessories. I boughtheadgear for men. There was no wayto know what size to order by looking at mt existing headgear. The diagram on tbe Website seemed to indicate it was a small as there was no photo guide for the medium or large sizes. When it arrived i opened it to find tbat it was too small for me. I rang the number lusted andcwas told that as i had opened it i could not exchange it. How was i ever going to knw if it woukd fit without opening it. I would be very careful buying from them as if you make a mistake ypu pay the prive. They are not there to help us, the customers. I would never order anything from them again becauae if i make a mistake i loose with no consumer rights. A very unhelpfull business nodel who advertise that they are a legitimate supplier that is unless YOU make a mistake."

"Your products are too expensive for the time they are usable. They need replacing as their parts are too delicate. ie velcro on head band and the clips on this mask elbow."
