"The nasal pillow I purchased is extremely difficult to remove from the mask - it seems too tight or is made with a faulty clip that fits into the mask. It is easy enough to fit into the mask, but definitely not to remove and this is very annoying as I remove it daily for cleaning."

"I had to chase up my delivery which was responded to promptly with enough information for me to find out where my order had been delivered. It turned out that it was sent to the post office for my residential suburb and not Post office of the shipping address in the order being my PO Box for the post office of my business address. A bit frustrating but worked out in the end."
