WISH I DIDN'T BUY only for back sleepers only
"Was thinking will try this, it's so expensive and adjustable will be perfect. Opened and instantly impressed with the clarity and quality of the product. But after the worst three nights since with a machine, shelved the item. Horrible. If a back sleeper might be okay, but as soon as on your side leaks, you move and it stops, but will awake with the noise if a leak over and over Even when sealed is really noisy and a jet if air rushing away from you all the time. Unable to face your partner they will have a fan in them. The measurement said I'm a medium, maybe it was wrong and I'm a large but boy I can't offered that test. Again wish I didn't buy"

"I wish there was an option to give No Stars!!! After receiving the incorrect item and sending a photo to prove I received the incorrect item, I still haven't received the correct item I ordered. I was advised that l need to return the incorrect item that was sent to me and then you will send out the correct item. I have already sent you a photo of the item I received and will return this when I receive the correct item, l don't have a problem with returning it and understand that it was a simple error. When l called chasing it up this arvo, l was questioned again saying you haven't received the incorrect item yet and you need to receive that as evidence I got the incorrect item. You're kidding me, this is your error, and l will return it when I get what l ordered. l now need this mask urgently its for an elderly man and the previous mask he had is now not usable. I have always been more than satisfied with your service, but this is very poor and disappointing. The last thing l wanted to do was give a poor review but am left with no choice you're continuously sending me emails asking for my review. Photos attached of what l received. Regards Kylie"

"I did not realised I had purchased a full musk rather than like my previous one which only covered nosed tried to use two times with poor results I cannot afford to by another as it was my fault for not reading properly so I am stuck with my old one."
