Very disappointed. Plastic rim that
"Very disappointed. Plastic rim that holds F20 mask cushion piece onto mask holder is extremely loose and very easy to disengage. When I move in bed the binding section keeps separating very easily. Which means I have to very tightly fit the mask straps to my head. There is a constant battle to keep the two pieces connected and causes me disturbed sleep as I must wake to re-engage the cushion to the mask. Poorly manufactured."

"I am not thrilled with this replacement mask part . . about twice a week it falls off the frame 😞. . the original one lasted ed two years and never fell off . . only came off when I wanted it to for cleaning"

"I bought a new AirFit F20 mask cushion (size large) at your Moonee Ponds Puckle Street office on 11 April because the silicone cushion on my mask was beginning to split (again). They didn't have it in stock but said they would mail it out to me within a week or 10 days. It still hasn't arrived as of today (2 May) but at least they gave me a 'loaner' mask so I'm OK for the time being. Otherwise I would have given the pleasant staff five stars."
