"I bought 2 lightbulbs because I was having a lot of trouble sleeping. Mainly because I am spending way too much time recently on my phone and was having trouble breaking the cycle and sleeping. I also sleep with a bedside light on for safety reasons reasons. if I wake up I want to see straight away, not fumble around for a light switch and then be blinded for a seconds. I have used just one in the bedside lamp so far. I am falling asleep very quickly now, even if zi am on my phone I nod off and sleep soundly til morning unless disturbed by other noise or activity. If I do wake up I can have a look around and then fall back to sleep again almost immediately. If I have to get up for a nature call in the night the orange light is plenty enough light for me to find my way and not bring me back to full alert mode that previously would have kept me awake for hours. Well worth the money. I wish I had bought these sooner. The other thing was a power cord for my CPAP machine that I had misplaced. The parcel arrived very promptly and was well packaged. I am very happy with this purchase. ppl"
