"I have been a C-PAP user, living between Australia and the USA for over a decade, purchasing my C-PAP accessories in both countries. The equipment is costly in the USA, but ridiculously expensive here in Australia, and sold in pieces without clear descriptions of what you're purchasing - That the frame does not include the strap, yet includes tubing, is ridiculous - similar items (spectacles retainer) sold for another purpose, it would be no more than $10. 00."

I should have ordered the whole package but when I rang for assistance I was told you don’t exchange in used product even for me to take the purchase price of the frame if I ordered the correct thing which was the whole masks."

"Bought an AirFit N30i Starter Pack almost $200, cant use as it is smaller than the loan one I had. It appears Resmed had changed design slightly but it meant my mask/strap were to small. Bought from a Resmed outlet Clinic but no offer of swap or exchange. This item is still in pack unused and for a pensioner this is not fair!! Very unhappy."
