"I purchased a mask and a mask cradle elbow. I was able to purchase just the elbow but when I enquired as to how to remove the old one and replace with the new one I was told that can’t be done. I don’t understand why you would sell an item separately if it can’t be replaced. I have had to improvise as I was told that a new complete cradle and elbow was not available at the time. Needless to say I was not as happy with that service as I have been in your service previously. Thank ls for the opportunity to comment."
