Resmed AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask

"I bought this as the nasal cushions I have been using for years were pushing air into my eyes at night and I was constantly tightening. = straps that left my nose hurting. I love that I can use this mask with my Regular Resmed APAP and Airmini as well. This mask has better fit than the nasal cushions, however the small mask still needs more adjustment for petite users. The top of head strap has no adjustment and it is too big for my head. This means the mask slips up and down and when this happens I get air leaks. Tightening the sides does not help as it still moves any time I move and creates marks. I find the top edge of the nose piece still moves over my eyes at night, letting air out- possibly due to the top strap being too loose with no adjustment. If I lay perfectly still on my back, I have no leaks. But that is virtually impossible. Laying on my side means a complete adjustment of the whole mask, as it moves too easily."

Disappointing Australian manufacturing

"I decided to try Resmed products after being a regular F&P user. I hoped the Australian product would stack up favourably. My hope was in vein. Uncomfortable, leaky and noisy air flow. Guess I'm returning to F&P."

False Advertising

"I purchased this as they advertised a 15% discount and 2 free nose pillows . I was charged the full price and after contacting them I was refunded the 15%. When the order arrived there were no extra pillows I contacting them again and was told it was either the discounts or the free nose pillows. I mentioned this was not what was advertised and was basically told bad luck and the promotion was now finished and I wouldn't be getting them. I will shop elsewhere now as there are plenty of other suppliers out there very disappointed 😞"
