"Having just purchased the line air tube it is doing a fantastic job as did the first one which I purchased with the Resmed auto sense 10 CPAP machine three years ago I also purchased a full face mask ( large) again my second in three years . Quality products from a quality company worth the price if possible to give a 20/10 For the staff at Dandenong Resmed as they have full knowledge and great customer skills another 20/10"
False advertising and poor service
"I purchased the heated tubing but it was not the standard size, it was a slimline tube. This was not advertised as not being the standard size. The picture and information on the website made it impossible to know that it was not the standard size tubing, Resmed refused to swap it for the standard size tubing so the money is wasted and I have to purchase another one, which I will do some where else of course. I replacement of the correct part would have been a smarter choice for Resmed, given the amount of money I need to spend on parts and accessories for many years to come."
