"The product works really well and contrary to my expectations there is no noise. All interactions with Rezmed have been polite and respectful. interventions , appointments etc have been tinely and efficient. my quality of life has benefitted a lot from better sleep. Have especially noticed higher level of motivation to engage in adls and creative/social pursuits."

Mask and machine
"I wish I could say I have had one good nights sleep but since day one mask and the machine have not been ideal. I had calls each week and hoped it would improve. I have given up now as every adjustment has made it worse. Even the staff who would check in once a week don't call and when I called last I was dismissed because I don't know how to use the APP on the machine. I have no means to adjust and regulate it for myself. The MACHINE is too smart for me- and I am just the stupid customer that doesn't understand. I am now considering another machine and mask with cpap as I am being drowned every night with the water pooling and choking me awake. My husband cant get sleep and is on the couch. The offer to come back and try more masks when this was the only one I could find at the store to fit seems like a fools errand. I know the water from the machine is causing me chest distress and my husband says I snore ever since I got this machine. I wanted to be happy. I need a machine to keep me alive and deliver the sleep I so desperately need. this machine is killing me."

"I have customized my own settings and am now getting good sleep with under 5 ahi per hour huge difference compared to the settings I was under . . it was waking me up on level 16 and the air was so fast and high I was stopping breathing to catch my breath increasing my ahi so I set the system to autos for her ranging from 5 to 12 and this is working fir me ."
