"I am not thrilled with this replacement mask part . . about twice a week it falls off the frame 😞. . the original one lasted ed two years and never fell off . . only came off when I wanted it to for cleaning"

"I bought a new AirFit F20 mask cushion (size large) at your Moonee Ponds Puckle Street office on 11 April because the silicone cushion on my mask was beginning to split (again). They didn't have it in stock but said they would mail it out to me within a week or 10 days. It still hasn't arrived as of today (2 May) but at least they gave me a 'loaner' mask so I'm OK for the time being. Otherwise I would have given the pleasant staff five stars."

Okay for a few hours
"After about 3 hours I’m usually wok up to the sound of escaping air. There’s no issue when I first put it on but nothing seems to make it right once it starts so I just take it off and sleep without it until morning."
