"I was given the wrong size by the staff that your Campbelltown shop despite me advising the lady it looked like the head gave us for a baby. I told her to look up what machine and my previous purchases as I’ve been a long-term customer she refused to do so and said it was the right one obviously when I got home, it was not the right one. I wasted my time my petrol and my effort not really happy. I’m not sure if I’m going back."

"Sorry to let you know that I wasn't happy with the present situation. It was because I do not know that once the plastic bag was opened, it will not be replaced. I was wrong myself at the first place. It was because I have been your customers for more than 10 years, I did continue buying your machines. The one I am using is already the second machine. I replaced the mouth piece for 2 times. Then I found my strap has been loosen and air leaks. I did therefore buy a new one. When the new mail arrived, I cut it open immediately, I found it is longer than my existing one. I did never try it on. I only measured it. I would appreciate your comments on it and advice.
