"Recently purchased a new mask. Like the previous F30, when it was few months old, the new mask tends to leak into the eyes so am wearing a eye mask to keep air away from eyes. Doing this works well. However F30 mask is significantly better than the full face mask I had first. I get consistently mid to high 90s scores"
I thought it would fit my existing mask - how wrong I was.
"I thought there was something wrong with what I was doing when I came to fit my new Resmed Airfit F30 full face cushion to my old mask, as I couldn't make it click in. I was looking forward to having the bridge of my nose free so I could read in bed with my glasses fitting properly. After many fruitless attempts to click the new cushion into the old mask, I gave up & went back to the Resmed webpage. Then I realised that if I want this type of cushion, I had to buy an entire new mask!!! I was very annoyed, as I don't have any spare money. Nevertheless, I've had the old mask for several years, so I bit the bullet & decided to order the new mask. I just hope the connector fits to the old hose!!! Nowhere on the website does it tell you such details. You have to find out for yourself, as great expense. Also, I ordered the cushion ($99!!) and it came within 2 days; however, the mask ($229) I ordered at least a week ago, and no sign of a notice, a tracking number or the item itself - very variable service. I hope it arrives soon, the old mask has just about had it."
