Expensive replacement frame
"Purchased the AirSense 11 with the standard silicone AirFit F30i frame in June 2025. Six months later, in December 2025, one of the clips broke that connect the frame to the mask cushion. I purchased a replacement frame and mask cushion with the cloth covered one at $200. The connecting clip on the replacement frame broke in March 2026. Replaced the frame again, this time with the standard silicone one instead of the cloth covered one as the cloth was causing a rash. I'm now on my 3rd frame since purchasing the unit. Retailer said the clip braking is a common issue. At $159 replacement cost, I hope this one lasts longer than just over 3 months and therefore just outside the 3 month warranty period."

"Service was 1st class as per normal. I was very surprised to hear that the fault I encountered with my AirFit F30i is a known problem & still a 90 day warranty."

"This frame is the most unreliable piece of equipment that I have experienced in 20years of using ResMed gear. The lugs that hold the frame to the mask keep on breaking. I have had to buy a new frame regularly. Can we go back to the plastic buckle arrangement on the harness - the Velcro gives up far too quickly in summer with hot nights. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback"

"Comfy. But had to replace because the clips rely on a tiny tab. Bound to break again sadly. Please make something just as comfy but more resilient."
