Red leaky face
"Since fitting my new full face cushion, my Resmed machine has shown a red face for leaking every morning. I made the trip into Resmed to explain this and got nowhere with the woman. She tried to divert and blame it on me, saying that I haven't tightened the strap enough. So, I tightened the strap and still am getting a red face in the morning. The mask isn't leaking initially. I presume it's when pressure increases during an episode. I have had the machine for a few years and have never experienced a run of red faces before. Correlation is not necessarily causation but I'm not sure what else could be the issue, since I have tightened the straps."

"I find the airfit F30i fast mask comfortable as the hose connector is in the head and the silicone fits perfectly on my nose and mouth. It is better than the nose fitting I had before."

"Wish I could have bought locally! I found it frustrating to obtain the mask as my original supplier did not have a stock. Found the Resmed in North Adelaide very helpful and understanding. Thank goodness I am able to use a computer otherwise I would have been totally lost."
