Whatever happened to being able to set your own parameters?
"I have owned a Resmed AirMini for many years, as it was easier transport when I had a job involving frequent overseas travel. I had no problems until the motor developed a nasty whine, and I thought it was time for a new one. Big mistake! The new one is far noisier than the old one, mostly from the "humidifier" fitting on the air line. It seems to me it is delivering air at a far greater pressure. I have similar concerns with my "every day" Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset - the air pressure is too high, and there is no way to change it (unlike the older version I had worn out). I wish it was possible to buy a CPAP machine where I can set parameters - "Auto" (and AI) are NOT an advance!"

"Very noisy and have trouble getting used to it. Also as there is no weight to machine it keeps falling down and I’m having to get up to put back on bedside table every time I move or turn over. For me it was a waste of of money. Should have been able to do a test trial before purchasing."
