Quality of tub
"I have been using the cpap machine for 25 yrs, i never used distilled water. I changed the tub last February because a very small cockroach got into it and had no way to get out. I was then advised to use distilled water with the new purchase. After a few weeks there was corrosion at the back stainless bottom. I could not see the logic behind using distilled water on my benefit when normal tap water is suitable. The new tub is doing well."

"Resmed staff at Richmond office is very knowledgeable and professional at her work. I wanted a repair of the noise and she checked the machine and suggested to replace the water tank. I almost gave up using machine many years ago however she helped me to find a right mask and I am good since then. She deserves a basket of flowers."
