This was the face mask recommended for me. As a first time user of a CPAP machine and mask, I was daunted by the look of it. Took a few goes to get straps right, I was surprised at how comfortable the mask was to sleep in. As the hose sits at the top of the head, I slip it over my bed head and this allows me to change positions easily without the hose getting in the way. I am so pleased with this mask and it has literally changed my life for the better. I am no longer tired and grumpy during the day and have so much more energy. No more “Nanny Naps” required during the day.
This mask a much better fit than my previous mask and liking it at the moment.
Took a bit of time to adjust it to fit snug but once adjusted worked well with minimal leakage and a comfortable fit. No more nose bridge sores that got to be good.
Helpful in that I no longer need to use the chin /snore strap as I was on N30i with chin strap (same as reviewer Peter) and it gave intermittent headaches during the day due to needing strap to be so tight (no choice, catathrenia). Now it's full face but compact, comfortable and an effective fit for me. Am needing to cover super sensitive eyes with strip of material to avoid slightly cool excess air that drifts over them, but this is not a huge issue. Thankfull to have reached this point of quality sleep. This is the 4th model purchased in about 2 years and I would be happy to remain on it indefinitely.
As a nasal mask user I thought the design of the mask looked great. Compared to other masks it felt comfortable and not restricted or overwhelming on my face. Unfortunately it was noisy throughout the night. As this is on a money back Offer I will be returning your mask shortly.

Moved from a nasal mask to the full face mask - still getting adjusted to the different style - not used to the mask sitting right under my nostrils - do like the air pipe at the top of the head.
Bought this because of the rave marketing. I'm disappointed because: (a) having the nasal inlet jammed up against the base of your nose makes your nose sweaty and itchy; (b) having the hose at the top means it rolls off the top of the pillow and prevents natural movement; (c) the vents in front of the mouth inlet mean that there a constant annoying breeze blowing out onto your arm, if you sleep on your side as I do; (d) it is more complex to clean daily than the Quattro that I came from. I'd go back to the Quattro in a heartbeat.
Good points: The mask is comfortable to wear, no pressure on the bridge of my nose, no more waking with the hose draped across my face. bad points: Problems with the mask moving out of place and air leaking - same problem with other masks. It's fiddly to clean the mask and I find it difficult to unclip the mouth/nose piece from the head piece. This is the most comfortable mask I have had in 5 years of CPAP use. Please continue to tweak the design!
