Cannot stop air pump without pulling plug out

"Nice machine as does a great job and quiet at night but does not stop even after pressing off button so irritating air hiss unless it's completely unplugged. At least the previous version stops running when the off button is pressed. Tried chatting and calling resmed but can't get through, just left waiting. Perhaps there are a few teething problems with this new machine."
